摘要:
目的 探讨复方丹参滴丸对血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区细胞超微结构的影响。方法 将实验大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、治疗组3组,采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法制作血管性痴呆大鼠模型,通过透射电镜观察各组大鼠海马CA1区神经元超微结构的改变。结果 模型组大鼠海马CA1区神经元水肿明显,核膜不完整,线粒体肿胀明显,内质网扩张、空泡化;治疗组海马CA1区神经元较好,核膜较完整,核内染色质分布均匀,胞质内线粒体及其他细胞器结构均较好、趋向正常。结论 复方丹参滴丸能减轻缺血、缺氧后海马神经元的损害,改善血管性痴呆模型海马CA1区损伤的超微结构,从而对神经元有保护作用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influences of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on cell ultra-microstructure of hippocampal CA1 area in rats with vascular dementia(VD). Methods The experimental rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham operation group,model group,treating group.VD models of rats were established by 2-vessel occlusion.The changes of cell ultra-microstructure of hippocampal CA1 area in rats were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results The ultra-microstructure changes such as edema of neurons,incomplete nuclear membrane,mitochondria swelling,endoplasmic reticulum expansion and vacuolization significantly occurred to neural cell in hippocampal CA1 area of model group.In treating group,most neurons better,nuclear membrane integrity,the distribution of nuclear chromatin was well proportioned,mitochondria and other organelle in cytoplasm were better and tend to be normal. Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pill may protect neural cell through relieving the damage to the neurons after hippocampal ischemia and hypoxia,improving ultra-microstructure of hippocampal CA1 area in VD rats.
