摘要:
目的 探讨白芍七物颗粒对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠血小板(PLT)和血清一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将大鼠分为空白组、模型组、美沙拉嗪组、白芍七物颗粒组4组, 每组10只,采用2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)法进行造模,造模成功后连续灌胃给药14 d。检测全血血小板计数、血小板平均体积(MPV)及血清NO的含量,分析白芍七物颗粒对UC大鼠的影响。结果 与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血小板计数、血清NO含量显著升高,MPV显著降低,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,白芍七物颗粒组与美沙拉嗪组大鼠血小板计数、血清NO含量明显降低,MPV显著升高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 白芍七物颗粒可以降低UC大鼠血小板计数和血清NO的含量,提高MPV,这可能是其治疗UC的作用机制之一。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of Baishao Qiwu Granule on platelet and serum nitric oxide (NO) in rats with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,mesalazine group and Baishao Qiwu Granule group,10 rats each. The model was created by the method of 2,4,6 TNBS. Granules were given for 14 days by intragastric administration. Complete blood platelet count,MPV and content of serum NO were detected. The effect was analyzed. Results Compared with blank control group,the content of platelet and serum NO of model group increased and MPV decreased obviously. There was a significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with model group,the content of platelet and serum NO of mesalazine group and granule group decreased and MPV increased clearly. There was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Baishao Qiwu Granule can lower the content of platelet and NO as well as increase MPV in rats. This may be the mechanism in treating UC.
