摘要:
目的 建立黔产辣蓼药材的定性、定量检测方法,并制定质量标准。方法 对黔产辣蓼药材进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别,采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对其中的槲皮素进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对其中的槲皮苷进行含量测定。按照《中华人民共和国药典》2015版(一部)附录方法对辣蓼药材中的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物进行测定。结果 薄层色谱斑点清晰,无干扰,专属性强;含量测定槲皮苷在0.462~4.158 μg范围内线性关系良好,Y=79.004X+0.520,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.00%;初步拟定水分不得超过14.0%,总灰分不得超过14.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过5.0%,浸出物不得超过10.0%。结论 本方法操作简单,结果可靠,可有效控制辣蓼药材的质量。
Abstract:
Objective To establish the qualitative and quantitative test methods for polygonum hydropiper L. in Guizhou province and set the quality standard. Methods Morphological identification and microscopic identification of polygonum hydropiper L. were made. Quercetin in polygonum hydropiper L.was qualitatively identified by TLC. Content of quercitrin was determined by HPLC. The water content,total ashes,insoluble in acids ashes and extracts were determined according to the approaches listed in Chinese Pharmacopeoa published in 2015. Results The TLC spots were clear without interference and had a strong specificity. The content of polygonum hydropiper L. was in good line with the range of 0.462-4.158 μg,Y=79.004X+0.520,r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 98.00%. It was initially proposed that the content of moisture was at most 14.0%,total ash was no more than 14.0%,acid-insoluble ash was at most 5.0% and extract was no more than 10.0%. Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and can effectively control the quality of medicinal materials.
