摘要:
目的 利用星点设计-效应面法优化川芎和细辛挥发油的最佳包合工艺。方法 采用饱和水溶液超声法,以β-环糊精与挥发油用量比、包合温度、包合时间为主要影响因素,以挥发油包合率、包合物得率和包合物含油率为评价指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优化挥发油的包合参数。结果 最佳工艺为:β-环糊精和挥发油用量比为5:1,包合温度为45℃,超声时间54 min。综合评分预测值为97.32分,与实际值97.316分的偏差为0.000 4%。结论 试验设计简便合理,稳定可行,可预测性好。
Abstract:
Objective To optimize the inclusion process of the volatile oil extraction in Ligusticum chuanxiong and Asarum by central composite design. Methods Saturated aqueous solution method was adopted; ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil,clathration temperature,clathration time were used as main influence factors; the inclusion rate of volatile oil,yield of inclusion and oil content were set as evaluation indicators in the central composite design experiment to optimize the volatile oil clathration parameter. Results The experiment got the effective value 97.316 when the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil was 5:1,clathration temperature was at 45℃ and clathration time was 54 min. Compared with the predicted rate 97.32,the deviation was 0.000 4%. Conclusion The experimental design is simple,reliable and with high predictability.
