摘要:
目的 规范天麻饮片的加工工艺,确定最佳软化方式。方法 运用《中华人民共和国药典》一部中的浸出物含量测定法,分别测定泡法、湿布润法、烘法、蒸法4种软化方式所切制的饮片中水溶性浸出物的含量,运用苯酚-硫酸法分别测定4种软化方式所切制饮片中的天麻多糖含量;通过水溶性浸出物、多糖的定量分析比较4种饮片的质量差异,并对其精密度、稳定性、加样回收率等进行考察。结果 不同的软化方式间存在较大差异,水溶性浸出物和天麻多糖的含量均以蒸法最高,与其他3种方法比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);方法学考察中精密度、稳定性、加样回收率等均符合要求。结论 蒸法可作为天麻药材的最佳软化方法,该研究中的测定方法简便、准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于评价天麻药材的质量。
Abstract:
Objective To standardize the processing craft for prepared drug in pieces of Rhizoma Gastrodiae and determine the best way of softening. Methods Based on the extract determination set up in Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China,four softening processes of soaking,moistening with wet cloth,baking and steaming were used to determine the content of water-soluble extracts in the decoction pieces. Gastrodia elata polysaccharide was determined respectively by phonel-sulfate method. Qualities of the drugs processed by four methods were compared as well as precision,stability and sample recovery were observed. Results There were differences among the softening ways. Compared other 3 methods,the process of steaming got the maximum water-soluble extracts and po-lysaccharide; the difference was significant (P<0.05). The methodological evaluation showed the precision,stabi-lity and sample recovery were all satisfactory. Conclusion Steaming can be used as the best softening process. The method is simple,accurate and reliable with good specificity,which can effectively evaluate the quality of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
