摘要:
目的 测定安徽不同产地野生与栽培多花黄精中黄精多糖的含量。方法 分别采集安徽不同产地栽培和野生多花黄精,以无水葡萄糖为对照品,0.2%蒽酮-硫酸溶液为显色剂,测定波长582 nm,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定吸光度,计算样品中黄精多糖的含量。结果 安徽不同产地野生多花黄精中的黄精多糖含量明显高于栽培多花黄精,其中青阳、岳西、宿松、祁门4个产地野生与栽培多花黄精中的黄精多糖含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。祁门野生多花黄精中的黄精多糖含量最高,为(11.47±0.44)%,宿松栽培多花黄精最低,为(6.88±0.09)%。结论 通过比较安徽不同产地野生与栽培多花黄精的质量差异,可更加合理地开发和利用安徽地区的多花黄精。
Abstract:
Objective To determine polysaccharide in wild and cultivated polygonatum cyrtonema hua from different growing places in Anhui Province.Methods Wild and cultivated polygonatum cyrtonema hua grown in different places in Anhui were collected respectively. Anhydrous glucose was used as reference substance. 0.2% anthrone-sulfuric acid solution was used as chromogenic agent. The detected wave-length was at 582 nm,the absorbency was determined by UV spectrophotometry,the content of polysaccharide was tested.Resutlts The content of polysaccharides in wild varieties was significantly higher than that in cultivated ones,there were significant diffe-rences between wild and cultivated varieties in Qingyang,Yuexi,Susong and Qimen (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The content of polysaccharides in wild varieties grown in Qimen was the highest at (11.47±0.44)%,the content of polysaccharide in cultivated samples from Susong was the lowest at (6.88±0.09)%.Conclusion Quality difference between wild and cultivated polygonatum cyrtonema hua from different areas can help us make more rational use of such drug resources in Anhui Province.
